I was speaking to some NZers who are interested in gears of war 3. Vaguely remember speaking to Defender 7s on FN Deviant profile and they've got a gow3 team looking for 1.

Need to start reaching out to those GOW3 players as there is quite a lot of competitive teams around, well unproven of course ;) BF3/MW3 as well, don't be lazy.
