Controller Static

hey brought a new controller from MightyFag and now when i plug in the mic cable i give off crazy static, its a wired controller btw, but wireless still works fine, anyone know how i can fix this?

Hey my power cable for my external is fakd, does anyone know if you can buy them individually?
or does any1 have one that wanted to flik me for some bux that they dont need.

Tried similar cables but they dont quite seem to fit

Its just one of those standard External HDD's that everyone has
